How It Works

For a flat competitive fee (far less than the salary percentage many of our competitors charge, or the cost of employing an in-house recruiter), we’ll handle ALL the details. We’ll work with you to prepare a job description and post it on all major employment hubs (Indeed, Workopolis, Monster, LinkedIn) as well as specialty job boards, such as ours. As needed, we’ll also go through our 300,000 past applicants and data mine job boards for other potential. If recruiting outside of Canada is necessary, we’ll coordinate the necessary Labour Market Opinion.

From the resulting pool of applicants, we’ll weed out the mediocre, and speak with the best, to see if they are a good fit with your company culture. We’ll help you set up initial phone or Skype interviews. If you’re interested in proceeding further with a candidate, we’ll confirm his/her references, perform any necessary background checks, and coordinate a follow-up interview in person (or by Skype, if required due to distance). 

Once a candidate is selected, we’ll prepare the job offer and notify all applicants of the results.

Follow-Up

After the candidate starts in the new position, we’ll check in with both you and him/her at about 30 days. If either party isn’t satisfied, we’ll do our best to help you communicate with each other to resolve the problem. In the unlikely case that the candidate is terminated, or leaves the job within 30 days, we’ll find a suitable replacement at no additional cost. Finally, we’ll do a final follow-up at 90 days to ensure all is well.
