How It Works

We’ll review your resume and confirm all the information a prospective employer needs is included (note, if required, low-cost resume writing services are available). A phone call with us follows, to get to know you as an individual, and make sure we have a full understanding of your skills, interests, and desired job. Then our system will create a version of your resume without any identifying information – just a file number, and the type of education and experiences you’ve had – so we can submit your application for suitable positions without your current employer’s knowledge.

When a potential employer expresses interest, we’ll set up an initial phone or Skype interview. If the employer wants to take things to the next level, typically we’ll confirm your references, perform any necessary background checks, and coordinate a follow-up interview in person (or by Skype, if required due to distance).

We’ve found great jobs for in-demand workers on the same day, but depending on market conditions, the process can take a few days, or even a few weeks. When a job offer comes through from one of our clients, we can help you understand it fully. And, if an employer needs you to relocate, we’ll work with them on your behalf, to try and arrange a signing bonus, or advance payment, to help with the costs.

Follow-Up

Once you start in your new position, we’ll check in with both you and the employer at about 30 days. If either party isn’t satisfied, we’ll do our best to help you communicate with each other to resolve the problem. Finally, we’ll do another follow-up at 90 days to ensure all is well.
