Brian works with employers to find good quality candidates, and does all final screenings of candidates personally.

He’s been in recruiting for over 24 years, with experience in the Automotive, Heavy Duty, Auto Body and Financial Industry (Banking/Investment).

Brian is a strong believer in giving clients outstanding value for their recruiting dollar. Over the years, those clients have depended on him to protect their firms from mediocrity and find individuals who stand out from the crowd. All the candidates he represents are ranked in the top 20% of their fields and can demonstrate verifiable results. Working closely with a network of like-minded recruiters across North America, Oceania and Asia, Brian has found candidates for a variety of positions in a wide range of industries – successfully placing candidates who fit clients’ needs and culture.

Brian has worked with many of the leading automotive companies in Canada and United States. His business grew from the oil boom in Western Canada and followed the expansion of North American back-office operations into Asia and Mexico. A truly international executive, Brian has now worked in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and across North America.
